My son accidentally backed into the bottom part of the garage door as it was raising, he thought he had clearance but he didn’t and part of it came off the track and was slightly bent on the bottom. Business was very professional on the phone and they were quick to respond and schedule a technician to fix my broken garage door same day I called. I was worried since the weather has turned cold with a temperature drop last night that there would be a long wait. The technician Troy showed up a couple hours later and fixed the garage door quickly and didn’t try to upsell me. Gave me a great price and I’m so thankful. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that is needing a garage door repair. Local business with fair prices. Thank you!

My Mom backed into her garage door inside. Then opened it anyway. LolThey came and had it fixed within 4 hours of me calling. Didn't charge very much, or make her replace any part of the door!!And they took time to call and talk to me so I could take care of it from 45 minutes away! I can't rave about them enough!!

All the people that work for 5 star garage door service are very polite, professional and knowledgeable about there job. To include the young lady that made the appointment for me. The two tech ( Troy and Jon) that replaced the spring in record time the door is working better then it did I would recommend this company to anyone needing a gagage door fixed. On time...early, actually. Good service. A bit expensive ($195 for 2 doors) to literally squirt some oil and turn a couple of screws on just under 15 minutes, especially since they installed the doors just a couple of years ago. But I guess you're paying for the knowledge of where to squirt the oil. 😆 At least I'll know next time and won't have to make a service call and I know I've supported a local business.Edit: I received a call from the owner based on response to my review and they adjusted the price and established a new "short call" pricing! Who does that??? Great customer service. Earned my business and my recommendation for sure!!! Small, local company. Couldn't recommend more!!!
